    FAQs

Will using a booster cause energy loss?

    Yes.

    • 12V supports air conditioner ECO+ sleep mode.
    • 24V supports air conditioner ECO energy-saving mode/ECO+ sleep mode.

Can it be connected to the cigarette lighter socket?

    Yes

Why does the booster get hot?

Can both S1 Pro and S2 Pro use a booster?

    • S1 Pro supports 12V and 24V boosting.
    • S2 Pro supports 24V boosting.

What to do if the booster overheats severely?

If the booster overheats severely, it is recommended to check the following:

    • Ensure that the load does not exceed the rated power of the booster.
    • Check the heat dissipation of the booster and ensure proper ventilation.
    • Inspect the booster for any damage.
