Warranty Policy for Cybertake Products
- Warranty Coverage
Cybertake provides the following warranty coverage for its products:
- General Products: A limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Compressor Components: A 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the compressor system.
This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Cybertake or authorised dealers and is valid only for the original purchaser.
- Warranty Process
- Initiating a Claim:
If you encounter a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact our support team at support@cybertake.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days to assist you. - Product Return:
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we may request that you return the product for further inspection. In such cases, we will provide you with a shipping label. Please return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories. - Repair or Replacement:
Upon receiving and inspecting the product, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or component at no additional cost. The replacement product or component will be of equal or comparable value and will be covered under the original warranty period.
- Shipping Fees
- Within Warranty Period:
For products under warranty, Cybertake will cover both outbound and return shipping fees. If the returned product is found not to have the reported defect, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. - Outside Warranty Period:
If the product is outside the warranty period, you are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the product for repair or replacement.

Necessary repairs for confirmed manufacturing defects will be covered by Cybertake. - Outside Warranty Period:
For products outside the warranty period, repair costs, including parts, labour, and shipping, will be your responsibility. Repair costs are determined on a case-by-case basis as following categories:
- Spare parts cost: the same part replaced in different repair cases may be quoted different price due to phase or cost of production. Repair center just provides module level repair, but not electronic component level repair, so the quotation price is based on module level.
- Labour cost: necessary direct and indirect labour cost, may vary according to labour force market.
- Logistics cost: logistics cost is based on the weight, volume and location of the product. Below logistics cost can be referenced.
Cybertake will not start repairing without your consent with the offered repair quotation. If you disagree with the repair quotation, Cybertake will return your product to you and you may be required to burden the cost of return shipping cost.
- Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by unauthorised modifications, disassembly, or use not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
- Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or operation not in accordance with official instructions.
- Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by external events such as accidents, abuse, or natural disasters.
- Products with a missing or altered serial number.
- Unable to provide proof of purchase and relevant documents, or unable to prove that the product is within the warranty period.
- Damage caused by repairs by persons or institutions not authorised by Cybertake.
- Natural damages to the surface of the product (abrasions, scratches, etc.) that do not affect its functionality and normal usage.
